The traditional pre-dyeing process consists of five steps: singeing, desizing, refining, bleaching and mercerizing. In response to this situation, the Tianjin Institute of Industrial Biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has cooperated with Tianjin Tianfang Group and Hebei Textile Materials Supply and Marketing Co., Ltd. for three years to develop a variety of high-quality textile enzyme preparations and production processes. Their self-developed compound enzyme preparations can combine the desizing and refining in the traditional process into one step, which greatly improves the pretreatment efficiency.
According to reports, the enzymatic desizing and refining one bath is completed, which reduces the steam energy consumption, saves the cost of alkaline wastewater treatment, and reduces the amount of various chemical additives, which can significantly reduce the pretreatment cost and improve the economic benefits of the textile industry. Practice has shown that compared with the traditional alkali process, the enzymatic pretreatment process produces 12,000 meters of pure cotton cotton cloth and 11,000 meters of aramid heat wave card cloth, the cost can be reduced by 30% and 70% respectively.
