l  Machinery/Production Process We make flag by printing machines, including steaming, washing and drying machines. And we sew flags by our double stitching machines.

l  QC/Technical Support Staff members of the QC Department are all experienced in textile, and they analyze reasons for product defects and give advice to our production department promptly.

  Polyester Fabric is a gorgeous fabric that offers outstanding durability, insulation, and wrinkle resistance. Without getting too in-depth with the science of it, the material is crafted from the combination of carboxylic acid and alcohol. The chemical reaction forms polyester in a molten form, which then cools, becomes brittle and is cut into tiny chips. These chips are melted and placed in a funnel-like contraption called a spinneret, which feeds the molten chips through its narrow holes at the bottom, then presses and spins them into a single strand, forming the polyester yarn to be woven into cloth.   Characteristics and uses of polyester fiber
  Strength: The strength of polyester fiber is nearly 1 times higher than that of cotton and 3 times higher than that of wool. Therefore, polyester fabric is strong and durable.
  Heat resistance: It can be used at 70~1700C, which is the best heat resistance and thermal stability of synthetic fibers.
  Elasticity: The elasticity of polyester is close to wool, the wrinkle resistance is higher than other fibers, the fabric is not wrinkled, and the maintenance is good.
  Abrasion resistance: Polyester's wear resistance is second only to nylon, ranking second in synthetic fiber.
  Water absorption: Polyester has low moisture absorption rate and good insulation performance, but due to low water absorption, the static electricity generated by friction is large and the dyeing performance is poor.
  As a fiber for clothing, polyester has a wrinkle-free and non-ironing effect after washing. Polyester is often blended or interwoven with various fibers, such as cotton polyester, wool polyester, etc., and is widely used in various clothing materials and decorative materials. Polyester is industrially used for conveyor belts, tents, canvas, cables, fishing nets, etc., especially for polyester cords for tires, which are close to nylon in performance. Polyester can also be used for electrical insulation materials, acid-resistant filter cloths, and pharmaceutical industry fabrics.
